Project Controller/QA – Trondheim
Description:
For our large enterprise software development projects we need an experienced project controller. The role of the project controller is to conduct project planning to drive completion of project deliverables on time and within cost targets.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Actively manage the program schedule, and adjust schedule in response to technical and business changes
- Report project progress against schedule
- Evaluate the impact of schedule changes to the overall project timing, cost, and ultimate process economics
- Cash flow and Net Operating Work Capital monitoring and projections
- Track project financials and manage project forecasting
- Forecast future resource requirements for the project.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA / Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Long relevant experience can replace formal education
- Good communication skills
- Cooperative working attitude
- Systematic, accurate and independent
- Analytic, dynamic and business oriented
- High loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
- Proactive, seeking advice from others, and share own experiences with group
- Fluency in English.

Senior Project Manager – Trondheim
Description:
For our large enterprise software development projects we seek an experienced project manager. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record, and drive to deliver excellent results. The first project will include development and delivery of IT solutions for public transport to the city of Helsinki.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead planning and implementation of the project
- Follow up of internal and external deliverables, e.g. software, hardware, documentation
- Develop, maintain and follow up of project plans
- Manage project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Change management
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Ensure that the project meets contractual obligations
Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading large development, system integration and delivery projects
- International experience
- PMP/PMI-certification is an asset
- Experience leading projects with distributed teams
- Experience with people management, risk management, and change management
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English
